Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

At Boyd and Co, we strive to provide the best service possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your reservation or appointment. To accommodate these changes, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:
- 3-4 weeks notice customer will be entitled to %50 of their deposit back,

- 2 weeks notice customer will NOT be entitled to any refund of deposit,

- 1 weeks notice customer will be required to pay remaining balance in full,

How to Cancel:
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to ben@boydandcopartyhire.com or through our online cancellation form on our website.
- Please include your reservation or appointment details in your cancellation request.

Processing Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your cancellation notice.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exceptions:
- In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss potential exceptions to our cancellation policy. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis.
